Overview
Designed to be the single-patient or daily replacement ULPA filter option for ClearAir², the 8h replacement ClearTM Filter has a multi-stage ULPA and Active Carbon filtration feature developed specifically to ensure that potentially harmful plume/smoke/particulate aerosols, condensation fluids and direct surgical tissue fluids are captured reliably & efficiently without compromising the ClearAir² aspiration performance.
Features
Double safety
The short-term filtration activity (8h), eliminates the risk of long-term accumulation of organic matter through the ULPA filter and Active Carbon which removes the plume/smoke containing bacteria, viruses, and particles of up to 0.12 microns with 99.9995% efficacy
Integrated Fluid Trap
For eventual direct fluid collection from aspiration and smoke condensation, preventing fluid obstruction to airflow & ensuring performance in filtration. Doesn’t require any pre-filter or other fluid trap device.
Vortex Effect
The internal design of the filter uses precisely shaped blades to generate a vortex effect, maximizing airflow and providing for optimal suction.
Twist Lock Fitting
The twist-lock fitting allows filters to be changed in mere seconds, minimising surgical disruption, and providing convenience for perioperative staff.
